I entered the fitness world through football, but my journey took a turn when I fractured my spine and spent almost a year recovering. During this time, I learned a great deal about the body and its healing processes.

With about five years of experience in training others, my areas of focus include weight loss, muscle gain, and functional fitness.

Training with me is a unique experience because I genuinely care about your progress. I stay fully engaged during our sessions, avoiding distractions like my phone. I hold you accountable every day and dedicate hours to researching your specific goals to ensure you achieve the best possible results.

I believe that every individual has unique strengths and challenges, and my approach is tailored to meet those specific needs. My training sessions are not just about lifting weights or running laps; they are about building a solid foundation for a healthier lifestyle. I emphasize the importance of proper form and technique to prevent injuries and ensure long-term success.

Throughout our sessions, I encourage open communication. I want to understand your motivations, your struggles, and your aspirations. This allows me to adapt your program as needed, keeping it fresh and engaging while ensuring it aligns with your progress.
